Our Experience

ICC was founded by Stacey Shepherd following 19 years of first-hand experience as Registered Manager, Multisite Manager, Nominated Individual, Head of Quality, and Compliance roles. Working with private providers, charities, and Local Authorities within commissioning teams, quality teams, and as a project manager to implement a new model of care with a budget of £18m.

Our experience provides valuable insight from both the provider and commissioners’ perspectives, and we understand the challenges faced by providers because of a dynamic and changing social care market.
